- Efficient set-up and printing on manual and automatic presses; specifically M&R Chameleon & M&R Sportsman 8 color machines.
- Spot Color (1:1 registration - no trap), Process Color and Index Color set-ups.
- Know proper dryer settings for many different ink and fabric types.
- Have a high attention to detail and quality control.
- Troubleshooting on-press issues and be able to correct them.
- Burning screens and proper mesh selection.
- Stretch mesh, using roller frames on a stretching table.
- Sharpening squeegees.
- Coat & Reclaim screens.
- Mix ink.
- Lift 50 lbs.
- Be on feet all day.
- Work well on your own and in a team environment.
- Be available for overtime and weekend work when necessary.
- Work effectively in a fast paced, deadline oriented environment.
Day Shift, Mon - Fri, 7:30am - 4:30pm
