Where can I find your price list?
Because most of our work is custom, it would be almost impossible to publish a price list and too difficult to understand all of the little variables that go into each order to publish a price list. The best way to get an accurate price is to give us a call at 503-925-9700 and we can work with you on determining your needs and the provide you with a competitive quote. Do you personalize athletic uniforms and jerseys?

I need one shirt tomorrow for a gift, can you do that?
In most cases yes! Give us a quick call at 503-925-9700 and let us know what your needs are. We will do our best to create that special, custom made gift.

Can I provide my own items?
Yes you can. We do require that we take a look at your items before hand, to make sure they can be decorated. Please review our Customer Supplied Items policy.

Can you show me a sample before you run my order?
We email an electronic proof all new orders. We need you to approve the design and make sure everything is correct before we go to production. Please note: we don't proof reorders or embroidery personalizations unles you request it or we believe it is in the best interest of both parties to do so.

Do you do "All Over" printing?
No. There isn't enough demand for us to modify our presses to do all-over printing. The standard max print area on our production machines is 14" x 14" for adult size shirts. Most designs are typically 12" wide for adult shirts.

I need 24 inexpensive t-shirts with my logo on them, what's the best deal you have?
White, short sleeve, t-shirts with one color print in one location will get you the best deal possible.

If I place an order today, how long does it take to get my shirts?
Our standard lead time is 7-10 business days.

Do you offer rush service?
Yes we do.

What are your payment terms?
We need to collect 50% of the total invoice before beginning work. The balance is due on receipt of the completed order.
