Customer supplied items may be stained, damaged or have manufacturing defects without anyones knowledge prior to being received by us. We do an excellent job of avoiding mistakes however needle breaks and/or misprints are a fact of production and sometimes cannot be avoided. Our damage rate is far less than the 3% acceptable industry standard. Adams Screenprint, LLC cannot replace any items received from the customer. All risk is assumed by the customer.
